• Start-up HVAC Unit per manufacturers specifications.

• Test & Document proper operation of All HVAC functions, installed accessories and controls (economizer, dehumidifier, thermostat, etc.).

• Submit commissioning report to client.

Items listed in Level 1, Plus:

• Document the complete list of operational parameters.

• Calculate the full performance of the HVAC unit; (Btu/h of Cooling produced, Watts consumed, Calculated EER, kW produced (heat), etc.)  

Items listed in Level 1 & Level 2, Plus:

• Test & Document operational performance of the enclosure. (Infiltration cfm, Air Changes Per Hour ACH50, etc.)

We will help you decide size and quantity of HVAC system needed for your specific site. Once installed, we will perform Level 1, 2, or 3 commissioning.
